Please I need help with what to do with my lemon tree that just found out it has bunch of worms living on the dirt. I got this tree from my friend and I really want to save it! Should I change the dirt ? the tree is almost leaveless, and seems like the worms have been eaten them all. Please any advice in this matter I will appreciate it!

Do you have a photo you could post? Personally I dont like the idea of any bugs on any of my indoor / potted plants. I would suggest treating them with a insecticide. Consult you local garden centre for the best product. Could it be a mealy bug? Google that and check Google images
