Identification: white flowering tree??

Is it a maple?? would love to know name and zone, and any other info.. size etc.

Possibly Cnidoscolus chayamansa. Here is more detailed information on the plant including hardiness zone, size etc. Note that it is poisonous if ingested.

If it is not that species it is likely the genus Cnidoscolus of the Euphorbiaceae family. Cnidoscolus species are primarily found in South America extending up to Mexico. Some species are found in the United States.
