white flower...hyssop?

    Can anyone id this flower, please?
    it has 3 lower petals, and then one above these.

    In northern New Mexico, USA in the Sangre de Cristo mountains on the east fork of the Red River at about 9500 ft (3000m)

    i guess specifically it is Pedicularis racemosa, Sickletop Lousewort
