I am trying to locate a variety of blackberry that originates in White county Illinois. I read a descripton of this variety a year ago, but have been unable to relocate my source. I want to know more about this variety, with the view to purchasing and planting the variety.
I'm not having much luck on Google. The next best thing I can suggest is reviewing this list of blackberry cultivars, which covers new cultivars registered from 1994-2002. Another thing you could do is email John Clark or Chad Finn, who are the registrars for blackberry cultivars. I'd do this as a not-quite-last resort, though, as I'm guessing these folks will be busy.
