Pink common foxglove is very prevelant in southern BC region, however I've recently found a white figwort that looks very much like foxglove. Is this foxglove or something else?

Yep, a white form of Common Foxglove Digitalis purpurea. It is a fairly common garden escape.

Supposedly in the garden you can repeatedly pull out all purple- and all pink-flowered ones, leaving white only to reseed and fairly soon end up with an all-white patch.
