Which is which?

    I am curious as to which of these is the actual bush I saw in the winter and which is a weed....or are the both bushes? The yellow flowering one seems like it may be a weed, but I don't want to destroy it if it isn't...thank you!

    They both look decorative enough to have been planted originally.

    The blue bush looks like Duranta.
    The yellow... not sure, looks like trumpet bush, (Tecoma stans).
