Identification: Which Aloe is it? Mysterious

    Hello :)
    I recently got this aloe from somebody else (who got it from somebody else and such), so neither she nor I have a clue what variety of aloe it is... My guess is it's a Miller
    In the pics you can see it has red tips but I think that's just a sunburn as the tips partially wilted and the plant was very neglected in general. It looks like it has a stem/trunk but I think it just hasn't been repotted in forever and I removed dead leaf left overs from all of them
    I do know that it 3.5+ years old and the pups have dots and the older leaves partially do to
    Cut open the flesh is transparent and gel like/slimy just what the typical aloe plant is "supposed" to be
    I attached one pic as well of what it looked like before I removed the dead plant matter

    Looks a lot like Aloe vera.
