Hawaiian Botanicals used to retail these, but they are only doing wholesale now. It's a matter of figuring out who they are supplying...
In case you're still looking, there are some at huntersgardencentre.com in Vancouver. Also, Nursery & Garden Centre | Richmond, BC | Phoenix Perennials tweeted the arrival of some sundews a couple days ago.
I was just at GARDENWORKS at Mandeville the other day and they have a very nice selection of carnivorous plants in stock (supplied by Hawaiian Botanicals).
