Where do you find this specific kind of Wisteria?

The plant is a Japanese wisteria floribunda called 'Longissima Kyushaku'. It's known to have the longest racemes (up to 2-4 feet for older plants) among all wisteria varieties and blossoms in beautiful light purple hues. I visited almost every notable nurseries in metro Vancouver but could not seem to find it (yet).

Has anyone seen this plant in Vancouver? And perhaps know which nurseries carry this variety? Any information would be appreciated.

Garden in Gardens - Pink Ice, Honbeni, Aunt Dee (The staff at this place has horrible atitude)

Hunter's - Aunt Dee
Phoenix Perennials - Blue Moon, Issai
Port Kells - Longissima Alba, Blue Moon, Chinese wisteria etc.
