Hi guys, I bought a Victoria Plum tree on a dwarf stock last November (2007) and planted it out, but the buds have not swelled, nor does it show any signs of life, although he bark shows green if I give it a light scrape? Or, am I being premature, as the victoria plum trees in other parts of my area seem to be in blossom! Any help on this will gratefully be received! Regards, KEN.
