I was given a gift of two olive trees in containers (Leccino, Maurino). I have a tiny crop of olives. I've found some info about what to expect as they ripen, so I almost know what I'm doing (but not really). Since this is my first time with olives, I'm not really sure WHEN they will ripen. I'm assuming sometime around October to November. I live on the coast of the Olympic Peninsula, have fog, modest rainfall. The olives are on a south facing deck and will stay in containers for a while- I don't really have a sunny area where I can plant them.

All I really hope for is to home cure some as table olives.
