I've attached a photo of one of my achimenes. They all have these spots on their leaves, and some of the plants appear to be in distress. The unaffected leaves are lush and green and the flower are blooming. I first noticed the problem last year. I bought some fungicide, thinking that would solve the problem, but it doesn't appear to be helping. Can anyone tell me what is causing this?

There are some strays in the neighborhood, but it's on all of the plants, even the ones hanging on the fence. It would be hard to believe he's peed on every single plant!

Acid rain then? It looks like physiologic condition not a disease or insect.

If it's not disease or insect, it's probably the fungicide or Seven I sprayed. That's good news. I was afraid something was killing them! Thank you!
