    Hi,

I'm a new member, so please accept my apologies if this plant has been identified before.

I picked this plant up at a garden centre, but there was no name attached. At first glance the leaves appear fern-like, but under closer inspection are not fractal-like as I would expect. The leaves are distinctly variegated.

The plant is currently placed in a bathroom, out of direct sunlight, and for all intent and purposes is doing very well.

Any more information would be greatly appreciated. :)

It matches some photos labelled as Pteris ensiformis, Sword Brake Fern.

Thanks for that. Using that info I managed to find the following link: http://davesgarden.com/pf/showimage/96738/

Looks like it's a "Silver Lace Fern Pteris ensiformis 'Evergemiensis'".

Thanks very much for the assistance.
