I think it is a shrub, it was in a bouquet of flowers I just purchased. It has the same leaf structure as rosemary, with hot pink tinklebell shaped flowers the whole length of the cutting. Thanks, Char
Char, Hard to say without seeing a picture of it, but it sounds like it could be Dierama pulcherrimum or Angel's Fishing Rod. I have seen that used in floral arrangements.
