What's this fragrant flower?

    My brother took photos of this fragrant flowering plant in Singapore.
    Can anybody help me ID it please.

    From the papilionaceous flowers seemingly something in the huge pea family (Fabaceae).

    Thank you Ron. I have been told that it's Camwood or Baphia nitida.
