whats the name of this tree?

    I think this is some type of palm but I cannot find out which kind. I need to know what kind of fertilizer to use with it and what the optimal conditions are. I received it in a basket of plants with a get well card...thanks

    Looks like Dracaena marginata, Madagascar Dragon Tree.
