Identification: What's the name of this plant?

    Hello, I've had this plant for about two years, and I still don' have the faintest idea of what this plant's name may be. So I hope I can get some help at this.

    First; some plant facts:
    It's very easy to "clone", because of the many tendrils. It also doesn't need very much care, I think you can get it to grow even if you're not that much into gardning. Finally; the flowers have five sepals and petals, four anthers and one style.

    Gesneriad---related to African violet and gloxinia.
