Whats The Best Fertilizer For My Fruit Trees

    Hey I live in Greenville, Carolina and we are currently going through a really bad drought.
    I have two red haven peach trees and a red delicious apple tree and need to to know what's the best fertilizer to use on my trees

    To give an accurate answer you would need a soil test, this will give you a mineral profile. This information will allow you to add any lacking minerals or correct the pH if necessary.

    Be sure the soil is moist before fertilizing. The remedy for drought it watering. Installing and maintaining an effective mulch like 4" of wood chips can do wonders for helping trees and shrubs come through drought. Keep it well away from the trunks.
