Three years ago I purchased a weeping willow tree at my local nursery. The tree was planted in the fall of 2004 and has grown about 4 feet in that time. Five days ago the leaves were all lush and green, now they are wilted and turning yellow and all new growth has stopped. As far as I can tell the tree appears to be dying. My question is does anyone know what can kill a weeping willow tree that fast. I have a sprinkler system so watering was not the issue. Any ideas or should I remove the tree to prevent it spreading to other plants? Thanks, Jason Reaves Newnan, GA.....................................
