What is currently blooming in Seattle? I will be down there the end of this week for three days or so and hope to visit the Bloedel Reserve. Starved for the sight of some green and hopefully blooming bulbs, crocuses, daffodils, cherry trees.

    Not here
Bloedel Reserve not much for flowers, although if the Japanese apricot(s) along the drive are still present there is liable to be some blooming of that special kind of tree still underway.

Elsewhere here spring bulbs and spring flowering trees and shrubs are much in evidence. Many purple-leaved and other plums, some cherries. Forsythia, quince, early rhododendrons...
