I was wondering what type of tree this is. Here are some specifics and some pictures attached:

    1. The leaves have no teeth.
    2. The leaves are somewhat heart shaped.
    3. The leaves can have from one to 3 points or tips.
    4. The leaves are green right now so it does not seem effected by the seasons as some other trees are here.
    5. The trunk is round, grayish and has very thin eyes, and rather smooth.
    6. The leaves alternate
    7. The seed pods hold multiple seeds, have a leathery husk and it is roundish.
    8. Leaves are semi glossy and you can feel the veins.
    9. Slightly reminds me of a ficus but if it is a ficus I would love to know the specific type.

Please follow the links to the pictures below. Thank you!

On a side note I have looked all around the internet with this faq and I have not found anything, which is what lead me here. I appreciate the help! Thank you!
