I got this plant as a gift, and unfortunately, it's dying because I don't know what kind of plant it is, so I don't know how much light and water it needs. Could someone please tell me what type of plant this is?
Thanks for the quick reply :) I thought it was dying b/c i have had it for two years now and it still hasen't bloomed.
Be patient. All being well, I think it will flower next spring. The big buds on the top look like very healthy flower buds.
that's a very nice looking and healthy rhodo you have. and you have some buds on it as well, so, should have flowers next spring. small transplants take a couple years to get established and they usually don't bloom until they are. so, nothing out of the ordinary :) rhodo's do best in eastern facings with morning sun and shade the rest of the day. they'll do okay in other facings as long as they're pretty well shaded - especially from the hot afternoon sun.
