Hey guys, Do you know what type of Japanese Maple I have? There was no label on it. Does it look like Acer Palmatum 'Kamagata'? This is a photo of what it looks like in the spring. In the summer the leaves are green. Thanks
It most definitely looks like Kamagata with 99.9% certainty! It's a great cultivar and a very great find. It's slow growing but very strong, rarely having winter die back and one of the last to show Summer stress if ever. Also does not mind full sun. Does very well in a container too.
