I was recently told to lime my Delphiniums and have also been doing so with my lilac for several years. I was wondering if there are other plants that prefer a dose of lime as well? I've done several searches to no avail! If anyone has a list of such plants (perennials, shrubs ect..) it would be much appreciated!

You are so very welcome!! Btw, I inherited a lilac when I moved into this house 18 years ago. For the first 10 years it didn't bloom. Then I learned that lilacs prefer a more alkaline soil so I limed the area and now have beautiful blooms every year! Glad that was helpful. Newt
