I mentioned I do not believe this is alta. I have not seen this orange color in alta and the leaves are bigger than the alta also. The flowers look a little different also.
Even so, this appears to beSenna alata. It seems that the color of those bracts enclosing the buds can vary from yellow to this oche shade. Shapes are generally more important than colors in plant classification, at least at the level of species.
I was told it could be Senna reticulata or Senna alata var. rumphiana. But I can't tell the difference between the two.
