what plant?

    Please help to identify this plant in South Surrey, BC, Canada.
    It's tall (taller that 6 feet) and I think it's invasive.

    My neighbor gave it to me and now I don't know how to get rid of it. It's everywhere.

    Yes, I've grown a fair number of invasive plants but the spread rate of this one is really impressive!
