Identification: What plant is this?

Could anyone tell me what this is? (In the picture, the blotches look white. In reality, the blotches are more yellowish. Note also that the stems are white to light yellow in color.) How does one care for this plant? Thanks!

Thanks! I suspected it is a dieffenbachia. The yellow blotches and white-yellowish stems made me doubt, however.
