What plant is this? Green and Yellow leaves

    It's a shrub that loves to be manicured but if left to its own devices it can grow into a massive shrub over the years. As you can see mine has grown rather large.

    Probably one of the variegated cultivars of Fortune's Spindle Euonymus fortunei. A close-up of the foliage would help.

    Thanks muchly, as it is night time here I will post a new close-up pic tomorrow! Since looking up the name you gave me it seems you are correct, it is a "Emerald 'n Gold" cultivar of said species. I will still post a close up none the less in case this is wrong.

    Wrong habit and coloration for that one, more likely something like E. japonicus 'Ovatus Aureus'.

    Thanks for everyone's help on this. Okay it's looking like it may be the "Euonymus japonicus 'Ovatus Aureus' ". Interestingly it also has a tiny flower pink/red in colour.

    Anyhow here's the photo (apologies for its large size, I wanted to preserve quality for easier identification)

    Not a flower, but a berry which contains the seeds.
