What plant/flower is this please?

    Hello, I live in Nova Scotia have noticed a pretty flowering vine climbing its way up one of my willow trees. It's a neat climber as you'll see in the pics it literally grabs up to climb.
    Could you please help me identify it and possibly let me know if I can propagate it and how?

    Just had the same plant i.d for me by Silver Surfer definately Echinocystis lobata (wild cucumber) it should get small round spiky fruits
