Hi, I live in central Nj and I have a small garden. I have 4 roses bushes and the one looks like some one poked holes in it every where. my neighbor and i have looked at and never seen any bugs just the aftermath of whatever could be doing the damage. THe other large bush and the two small ones has the eated look toward it but it not to badly damaged unlike this one. I can take more pics if that helps.
