What needlelike-leaves shrub is this?

I bought this in a nursery last winter at really discounted rate as it looked really very catching. In Spring and Summer it is green and in fall it becomes bright red. Would you know the name for it so that I can go buy more of it.

Looks like a Rheingold Cedar (Thuja occidentalis Rheingold)

'Rheingold' Arborvitae yes (Thuja occidentalis 'Rheingold'), cedar (Cedrus), no.

Agreed for common names.

I noticed that the Rheingold is more commonly coupled with "arborvitae" than "cedar". It's the same genus as western red cedar.

But if someone wants information online, "arborvitae" would probably work best. For a common name, seems that either way works just fine, unless a Rheingold western red cedar develops.

 

Searches using botanical name may give more well-targeted results.
