What Kind Of Tree is This???

    Florida, U.S
    I live in Florida. Near Tampa. Can't seem to figure out what tree this is. I got it from my grandmother and transplanted it to my yard. I don't know if it will survive the move either.... Thank you.

    More details of stems etc. may need to be shown to tell, the variegation and shapes of the leaves by themselves not enough.
