A coworker gave me this plant to keep on my desk in work. He told me he thinks it's an Arrow Plant, but when I looked up Arrow Plant online, the leaves are totally different. I've done so much searching online trying to find out what this plant is, but I can't find it.
Most of this plant comes straight out of the soil, the leaves shoot up from the ground, and when they first come out, they're rolled up really tightly and gradually open as they grow. The new leaves come up from between existing ones. The leaves are long, pointed, flat, and very smooth. They curl downward a bit at the ends. The coloring is light green/gray, with some splotches of darker green, including a thin outline of the leaves in green, and the center line. The underside of the leaves is a lighter green than the splotches, and the veins are felt on the underside of the leaves.
