what kind of plant is this

    i want to know what is this plant called and how do i care for it, i got it as a gift..someone please help.

    looks like draceana 'janet craig'.

    indirect bright light. very well draining soil (i use a mix of 'cactus soil' with some extra perlite, aquarium soil or orchid mix added in for additional drainage) in an unglazed clay container that has drainage holes. water thoroughly and allow soil to dry down a couple inches before watering again. use room temp water - i always allow water to sit in gallon jugs at least overnight so the excess chlorine can dissipate and so that it can get to room temp.

    This is especially important for Dracaena's as they are sensitive to Chlorine and will get brown tips if you water them with water straight from the tap.
