Identification: What kind of plant is this?

hello :) i have a 2 house plants, well i think they are house plants and im not sure what they are.. they are living at work with me at my office.. and they are doing wonderful =) how ever i dont know if the care im giving them is the best.i think they are some kind of spider plant. if they are do they need to be in a hanging pot? and i dont know if you can tell but are they to big for the pots they are in? thanks a bunch! take care Jeanine
