What kind of plant is this?

    Think your plant looks like Smyrnium Perfoliatum.

    Euphorbia amygdlaoides var. robbiae is my guess.

    Definitely a Euphorbia, not sure which species (there's numerous similar ones).

    There's more than 1500 species in the genus Euphorbia. Yours might be E. amygdaloides, but plant visible behind flowerhead doesn't look like var. robbiae.
