What kind of perrenial is this please

    I would like someone to identify this plant please
    I know it as "moses in the bull Rushes" but am sure that is not correct.
    It blooms only a few hours a day and has many "buds" not all of them bloom at the same time ....

    Tradescantia anyway, don't think it would turn out to be T. virginiana if checked.
