Please see the attached picture and let me know if there is something wrong with my Norway Spruce tree. If there is something wrong with it please advise on what can be done if anything.

The lead shoot(s) have been killed by stem-boring weevils (Pissodes strobi), and the topmost undamaged branches are bending up to form one or more new replacement leaders.

If it does develop several competing new leaders, you'll need to prune them back to just one so you don't end up with a forked tree. Keep an eye on the top over the next couple of years to see if it sorts itself out to one leader or not.
