    I would just glibly call this Broom. It's either a Genista spp. or Cytisus spp. Can you tell us more about where you found it and how common it is in that area? Any other characteristics? For the Cytisus that I grew up with in New Jersey, I'd expect it to be in open fields, disturbed areas, leaving pale brown or tan dry stalks and leaves persisting through the winter, and it would grow again from those clumps. Entire fallow fields would be dotted with them.

    This is found in harbour area, on the new gravel dite. There are two or three plants around.
