Identification: What is this???

    I've had this plant for about 6 months, and I really dont know how to take care of it. I guess I'm doing a good job, it's growing, but I want to know more, and what the name of it is would be helpful.

    Looks like Dracaena fragrans 'Warneckii', (syn. D. deremensis 'Warneckii'), Striped Dracaena.

    can anyone also tell me how long it takes for them to grow full size?

    Depends, i is mnot currently propagated in its natural environment... it could take decades inside a living room with medium light... and countless repotting....
