This was one of a few plants I found discarded off to the side of a dirt road leading up into the woods near my home a couple seasons ago, that's also where I walk my dog. A perennial dumping ground I guess:) Other plants I found there were a few large clumps of hostas, and a large up-rooted Hydrangea bush that I split in half with a neighbor. Wonder what will be thrown away this year..... The leaves on the plant in question remind me of daylilies, but last year they grew no taller than 7" or so. Maybe it's something that just looks like daylilies???
No flowers last year, but I think I may have planted it in the garden late in the summer. Note: The older daylilies that are around my property are twice big as the ones in the pic. Do they look like they might be daylilies to you?
Thanks Ron, I guess I'll have to wait and see if it flowers this year, then maybe I'll know what it is, or isn't.....
