Can anyone identify this?? Please see attached photo. It has a firm feel like a carrot. It has no eyes like a potato or multi-branching like a ginger. I do not think it is a Jerusalem Artichoke. HELP!
GCF--- where did you acquire this item? If it's taro, it had to have been purchased...one assumes that the purchase was a deliberate act and thus would be remembered...? Try as I might I just can't believe that you found taro during a stroll in Alberta. Not this time o' year.
it was given to me by an old fellow in town and somebody gave it to him...all trying to find out what it is!
