Does anyone know what this plant is? It was bought at a nursery in Kalamata, Greece. but it was supplied by a commercial nursery in Italy. It has an open lax habit and the colouring and leaf shape are similar to Salvia officinalis, but the leaf texture is not so rough; it has a slight sheen, like an eggshell paint finish.

The sage also has simple leaves rather than divided.

That depends on the sage, some are divided including one S. officinalis hybrid.
