This plant was dying in an office and so I took it home to revive it, I love doing this to the amazement of my firends, but I have no idea what it is or what else I can do to make it thrive.
    Please help!

More light perhaps and what sort of soil is it in? Does it have good drainage?

I keep mine in a south window letting the soil dry out between waterings. Aside from it being called by the common name trumpet jade, I've also seen this one called, the Shrek ears jade.

    Good luck with it!

It is regular Miracle Grow potting soil. Seems to loose leaves from bottom of stems.
