What is this White Flower ?

    This is my first posting.I bought this tuber but can't remember what it was called. It was under water in my pond all summer and after I brought it in for the winter, it flowered. I think it is from Africa, but realy have no idea.

    Yours look like H. occidentalis or H. liriosme. Both are American natives of swampy areas.

    Hey Simon,
    Thanks for the quick reply, and you were right as to what it was. I have no idea where I got this plant from but it has multiplied nicely and next year I will have lots for my pond.
