In The Garden: What is this tree with dark berries?

    The tree looks very beautiful, with clusters of dark berries, mostly eaten by birds I guess. Shiny leaves, possibly evergreen. Would apreciate any info about the tree.

    Thank you, this is the one most likely. Just to make sure I'm puting a photo of the seeds, they are about 2mm long. I read they need 2 months warm followed by 3 months cold stratification, slow to germinate but afterwards fast growing plant.

    Sorry I can't help with the germination. In the USA they're all asexually reproduced.
