What is this tree, see picture of bloom

    this tree is 60+ feet tall, it is at least 27 years old. it loses it's leaves in the fall and I have no pictures of leaves. but it is the first thing to bloom in the late winter early spring. It usually blooms the first week of February. I have never seen another one so it must not normally grow in east Texas. please look at pictures and help me figure this out.

    Can you do a close-up of a shoot with flowers?

    Also it is much easier to view a .jpg picture than a .pdf file ;-)
