what is this tall yellow flower

    can get a closer picture if necessary. every day just a few blooms further up the stem pop open. by day's end they are done and the next day a few more further up. It is about 4.5 feet tall. Leaves at the bottom resembled dandelion and later those spike sharp weeks you find in the lawn once in a while. But they only "looked" sharp. I didn't plant this.

    I like it too. If you look closely it has knobby hairs, hairs with a gland on the end. Harry
