Occasionally I find this 'stuff' on some of my citrus trees. I don't really know how to describe it, it's small semi translucent light brownish balls, and it's hard like sugar. I can't see any visible pests. I this eggs from some bug, or just tree sap or something?
It's tree sap. I've noticed this on my variegated pink lemon in the past. Let's hope it's not the first sign of gummosis.
Thanks! Hah, next time I might as well email you, all-knowing junglekeeper. :) I had to google gummosis - hope it's not that too! Also hope it stops snowing soon so I can shove all the indoors outdoors for a little fresh air and sun! (Adverse conditions were mentioned for gummosis, I guess on top of the radiator counts..)
