what is this purple daisyish plant?

    I loved these and bought them on a whim at the corner store today and put them in my garden. The store owner had no idea what they where but said they where annuals. I rarely buy annuals and so am hoping they will reseed themselves and want to look them up. The are about 6 inches high and mostly white with some pinkish purple in them. He claimed they would not grow any taller.

    Wow that was fast, you guys know everything! thanx. Looks like they don't reseed, but I guess I can buy them every year they were really cheap :0)
